Your having trouble finding a Luigi Avatar? Thats weird. Well, anyways, we don't have restrictions on avatar size. As long as it dosen't exceed 150X200 pixels. (Width 150, Height 200) and it cannot exceed 64 KB in terms of file size. I recommend photobucket.com, which is an excellent image hosting site, I guarantee you that they have a Luigi avatar that meets your taste, and that complies with the avatar guidelines here. ^^
